Registration fee includes all meals during conference hours and admission to the exhibit hall and networking receptions as outlined in the schedule.

Online Registration
Each participant must have a unique email address to register online. If you do not have an Exponent Philanthropy profile, you will be asked to create one prior to registering for the conference.

If you are registering someone other than yourself for the conference, you may login with your personal username/password, then indicate that you are registering someone else.

Please note that online registration closes on September 30, 2017.

Group Registrations
If several members of your foundation will be attending the conference, you may register as a group. The 4th and subsequent registrants from the same foundation receive a $50 discount. If you register as a group, this discount will be calculated as you check out. If registering separately, the 4th and subsequent registrant should call our office to receive a discount code.

Participant Guidelines
By registering for this program, participants agree to Exponent Philanthropy’s participant and eligibility guidelines.

Substitutions/Cancellations
Substitutions are accepted at any time. Cancellations on or before August 28 are subject to a $75 processing fee. Cancellations between August 29 and September 19 will receive a 50% refund. Cancellations on or after September 20 are nonrefundable. Please submit all substitutions or cancellations via e-mail to info@exponentphilanthropy.org.

Registration fees and travel costs associated with this conference may be counted towards your foundation’s five percent payout requirement, as an administrative expense. Consult your professional advisor to discuss your specific circumstances.
